HOW MANY CHILDREN DOES EACH PACKAGE ACCOMMODATE?
Toddler Play Areas are equipped to accommodate approximately 10-12 children at a time.
HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED FOR EACH SET UP?
We require at lease a 10x10 space and this can be can be arranged with or without the gates, (which will require less available space)
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE?
Remove all furniture, debris, rocks, sticks, etc from the space. Create an access point for the equipment to be delivered.
HOW LONG IS EACH RENTAL?
Prices are based on a 3-5 hour rental depending upon agreed contract. This does not include set-up or breakdown time. Setup time varies based on the package selected. ** Full day rentals are also available at an hourly rate based on availability**
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT?
We will handle the complete set up and breakdown of the play area. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your awesome party!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to your scheduled event. $100 deposit is non refundable if cancellation is requested within 7 days of your booking. There are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of your event.
CAN THE PLAY AREA BE RENTED FOR OUTSIDE USE?
Definitely! Outdoor parties are a beautiful setting for our play areas. With that said, play areas cannot be setup in direct sunlight when the outside temperature exceeds 70 degrees,(for the safety of the children) therefore a pavilion or canopy is suggested. *available for an additional charge, upon request* ** If you are hosting your event at a park, or event center it is your responsibility to verify our equipment is allowed on the premises**
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS AND MY PARTY IS OUTSIDE?
Play Areas will not be rented in the rain or in excessively windy weather conditions. Play Areas will not be setup outside if there is a 30% or greater chance of rain between setup time and the end of your event. It is suggested that an alternative location is secured in case of inclement weather. We do not allow package downgrades for inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather. If you are hosting an outdoor event you assume ALL weather-related risks. However, (BEFORE SET UP) if it should rain, we will work with you on a solution.
If you are not able to hold your party indoors, you can check for another date, or a refund will be given on your payment. (Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE). If we have already completed the event set up and your event time has started a refund WILL NOT be issued. So please plan accordingly, and keep track of weather forecasts.
HOW LONG ARE THE BOOKINGS?
All rentals are 3-5 hours long. We can accommodate longer times for a fee of $50 for every extra hour.
We also can allow for late-night pickups if there is a special request on a case by case basis.
*Multi-day rentals are available depending on availability.
HOW IS THE EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
We take sanitizing and disinfecting very seriously and have a strict cleaning routine. This prevents the spread of viruses, germs, and bacteria between kids. We also clean our balls in a large capacity machine, after each rental.
(Please note if the equipment is collected in a dirty condition then the person who booked us will incur a cleaning charge.)
MY CHILD IS OVER THE AGE LIMIT, CAN THEY STILL PLAY?
Short answer, No.
Long answer, It is unsafe for the little ones in the play area who may just be learning to explore crawling or on their feet. Kreationz By Shay is committed to creating safe and stimulating play for TODDLERS. If they are almost seven, they are also too big. Six is even pushing it.
