So what can you expect with a Kreationz By Shay event?
The following fills you in on how and when to book your event, how delivery and set up is organized on the day, and our collection process.
Pick Your Date. Pick Your Package. To start your booking simply choose from our Slumber Under, Sleep Over, Glamp Out or Glamp In experiences and advise us of your desired date for availability. We find most people like to book 4 weeks before the big day (though you can book several months in advance to ensure your date and theme is available). Next let us know what theme you'd like and the special occasion you're celebrating. Add-Ons are also available for that extra wow or if you have a special request let us know and we'll do our best to make it happen through our Platinum Service. 
We Deliver.
We Set Up & Style. We Collect. On the day of your party we'll deliver everything you need. We'll arrive at your home or venue, set everything up and style the space for you. On average it takes 90 minutes for an standard set up and style the Kreative Tents. We'll have everything set up at least one hour before your party commences. Once styled, we'll check everything is in order, confirm a collection time with you for the next day, and then leave to let you and your family enjoy your celebration. |
Your Consultation Once your booking is confirmed we'll follow up with you (via phone or email -) to go over the details with you, talk through all the details and cover off any special requests you might have. Then you're all set. In the week leading up to your event, we'll confirm your delivery and set up time and go over any final details to ensure things go smoothly for you. 
Enjoy
Making Memories. Our Kreative Tents are yours to enjoy for the full overnight rental period. The next day we'll return to pack up and collect everything for you. If you wish to hire for more than one night just make a note in your booking and we can arrange it (additional night rate applies). After each event all bedding is laundered using hypoallergenic detergent. Mattresses, decorative pillows and decorative items are disinfected and spot cleaned.
